I am in the process of filing a lawsuit with Fairbanks Capital name change to Select Portfolio Servicing.

Any one had there loan with them and they were under the FTC Injunction, I have a lot of info to help you.  Fairbanks/SPS was worse after the lawsuit and I am looking to talk to someone that had there loan with them.  Or GMAC.
